1. Services

Saath Mindcare provides psychological counselling, therapy, assessments, training and educational programmes. We are not a medical, psychiatric or emergency service.

2. Not a crisis service

We do not provide crisis or suicide-prevention support. In an emergency, contact Tele-MANAS 14416, iCall 9152987821, local emergency services, or the nearest hospital.

3. Bookings & payments

Sessions are prepaid via UPI and confirmed after payment verification. Rescheduling and cancellation are free up to 12 hours before a session; later cancellations may forfeit the fee.

4. Limitation of liability

As acknowledged in the informed consent at booking, Saath Mindcare and its therapists are not liable for incidents occurring outside the direct scope of scheduled clinical sessions.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
